It happens more often than not. The sensors on rockets restraints always gave us issues.

Yeah, the sensors on Rocket can be a b****! I’ve been on the ride, sitting in the seat, and the operator says “check #” about fifty times.

The new restraints still require certain seats to be checked, but it is definitely less frequent compared to the hydraulic restraints.

Actually, we got stuck on JetStar2 that morning. We had a supervisor run up and talk to us before we moved off the lift. I asked if re-entry would open today, and she said it probably wouldn't because mechanics were looking at an issue with the restraint system.

"Restraint Issue" implies that there is something wrong with the restraint, and is not something you want to hear from a maintenance technician at any park. "Technical Issue/Difficulty" would be most appropriate.

Uhhhh, I was referring to a maintenance technician saying that it was a "restraint issue," unless you were just paraphrasing.

Oh you're right lol, I'm stupid. I was quoting the maintenance technician. The quote was, "No, re-entry probably won't open today. It's having a restraint issue."

You aren't stupid, far from it actually, from what I can tell.
